Chief Digital Officer

at Nawwa (Tunis, Tunisia)

• Led the project’s entire digital strategy, encompassing both IT (Platform development), branding and marketing efforts.
• Fostered collaboration between 4 developers, and a 6 marketers for a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Oversaw and contributed to the development of the platform, using Java, Spring Boot, Angular and MySQL.
• Interviewed users and service providers to incorporate their feedback for continuous UX improvement.
• Executed a targeted branding and marketing campaign, resulting in the enrollment of 23 service providers within the platform.

• Developed a notification management and tracking platform using C# .NET, MVC, Vue.js and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Used Vuetify library to make a responsive interfaces and integrated CKeditor to facilitate the user experience by saving and providing notification templates.
• Incorporated SignalR to allow server‐side code to update content to users in real‐time.

Founding Software Engineer, Intern

• Architected and deployed end-to-end microservices using Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL, leveraging AWS for cloud deployment.
• Led the integration of user and business partner onboarding features, incorporating eSignature, payment processing, subscription management, policy administration, claims handling, and feedback systems.
